Head in the clouds – feet on the ground! by Jocelyn Coverdale
Everywhere you look, people are talking about and writing about “the cloud” – but what exactly is this “cloud” they’re talking about? And what does it have to do with my business and my clients? Cloud computing and technologies have been around for a while now, and you’re most likely already “in the cloud” – maybe without realizing it! But like most things, cloud computing comes in many flavors: some you already know, some you’ll want to learn, and some have nothing to do with entrepreneurship or organizing services. To sort out which is which, this session will focus on helping you learn more about cloud computing as it applies to professional organizers and the services they provide to their clients. You will better understand “the cloud” as we look at the pros and cons, the costs, the options, the possibilities, and a little bit of the future using cloud technologies!
Demo's and handouts included. |
